Delivery to your home in Singapore

If you are renting a private apartment, condominium unit, you will need to book in advance your moving-in date with your condominium management office and comply to their terms and conditions. If you provide us the delivery address well in advance we can do this on your behalf.

Before delivery, please consider the rooms you would like your furniture and the individual items of furniture placed. Once the crew arrives, there will be less time to think about this and it is certainly better (for both furniture and your home) if items are not subsequently moved from room to room. After we position the large furniture, we would like to help you to unpack all the small items, leaving you very little after our crew leaves.

Check off all items on the inventory as each item is carried into your home (every package is individually numbered). In the event that items are missing or damaged, please note this clearly on the inventory.
Any unpacking that you require has to be completed at the time of delivery. Used materials will then be removed at the time of delivery.

Storage

If your new home is not ready, you may need to place your belongings in storage. Vanpac International has one of the finest storage facilities. Our storage container and warehouse are clean, dry and secure and thus you can rest assured that your valued belongings will be kept safely in the best possible condition. At Vanpac International’s facilities, we offer the option of long and short term storage. Large oversized items are stored separately in purpose built oversized area. We also provide air conditioned storage for high valued shipments. We are proud of our storage facilities and inspections are of course welcome.
