Our mission is to successfully create a connection with our clients and create a trusting relationship as we are handling their personal prized possessions.

Vanpac International is the only 2nd generation family-own relocation company in Singapore. With members of the family actively involved in the daily operations of the business, our accountability to our clients and commitment to the success of the company is almost impossible to replicate, leading to our clients experiencing a far higher level of service than they would expect.

Our Quality

Vanpac International is a FAIM certified international mover, a global quality standard for professional international moving companies by FIDI. As a FAIM certified FIDI accredited mover, our partners worldwide and us are part of the FIDI Global Alliance, the only network of international moving and relocation specialists who comply with a globally recognised quality standard.

All FIDI Affiliates go through a regular third-party audit (performed by renowned auditors from EY) of their international moving activities, designed to ensure that high level quality is maintained at all times.

Love our society

We believe in giving back to society wherever possible. Being in an industry moving families, children and families are close to our hearts. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we work with charity organisations and social groups that support causes that would have an impact on children and families.

Our people are what makes Vanpac who we are. We recognise the efforts that each individual has contributed in the last 45 years to bring Vanpac to where we are now. Without them, we wouldn't be able to ride through the ups and downs.

Love our environment

We believe that every one of us has a part to play in making a positive impact on the earth. Here at Vanpac, we are also very conscious that in our bid to move our clients household goods internationally safely, the usage of packing materials are inevitable. To mitigate this situation, Vanpac strongly believes in reducing, reusing and recycling.

Reduce

Vanpac invests in thicker higher quality cardboard sheets and cartons to reduce the amount of packing materials needed to protect your furniture and avoid double wrapping which would lead to the usage of more packing materials.

Reuse

Any packing materials from previous jobs that are still in good clean condition would be put aside to be reused.

Recycle

Used packing materials are sorted and sent to a recycling facility for recycling.
